It is with much pleasure that I write this document as a testimony to the excellent services that Surekil Pest Control provides.

Unfortunately, I was the “victim” of an unscrupulous pest control provider who installed an Exterra Termite Baiting System on my property under an agreement to maintain the system for twelve months.

The provider failed to honour the agreement despite the payment for his services twelve months in advance.

As termites were found to be active on my property, it was essential that I find quickly another provider to maintain the system. Happily, I was recommended to Surekil Pest Control Pty. Ltd. who I contacted and, following a consultation with the Director, Mr Mick Humberstone, I entered into a contract with that company to maintain the system.

I have to state that in every respect I have found the services of that company to be exemplary. The original installation was found to be inadequate and the documentation provided was poor. Surekil were required to modify the entire system and treat the stations so infected with Requiem. This was done so expediently, professionally and with the minimum of disruption. Appropriate documentation was provided as well and a site map thus ensuring the stations did not become “lost” in the property. The subsequent regular visits that were required to check and treat the stations were done in a professional manner with Ben the operative, always arriving punctually on the appointed day being most courteous and a pleasure to have on my property.

Through the professionalism and efficiency of the company Surekil and the effectiveness of the treatment they provided to eradicate the termites, I am pleased to say that my property is now free of the pest. However, Surekil is continuing to make regular visits spontaneously to inspect the stations without the need for me to prompt them to ensure the visits continue.

As such, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending to the highest degree the services of the company Surekil Pest Control Pty. Ltd.

I would like also to take this opportunity to convey my personal thanks to Mr Mick Humberstone, the Director, for the understanding and courtesy that he extended to me at a most worrying time and for taking over the management of the system. Also, to Ben, Technical Manager,  for his regular and pleasant visits to check and treat the stations.

Hi Sheila and Mick,

Just a note to thank you both for attending our Ploughman's Lunch on a very wet Thursday.  The talk that you gave Mick was extremely interesting and everyone was quite enlightened about our Termites, how they move around and how they can get to their next big feeding spot.  It was also great to see just how big the Queen ant develops, amazing!  I was sorry that I didn't get a closer look and also to see the Funnel Web Spider, of which I've seen one or two of them,[ coming from the Blue Mountains where they are quite prevalent!]  but I was interested to see whether it was a female or a male, and  to talk to you also about their habitat.  As I am in the garden around here I didn't think that I had to worry about them anymore, as that was a big concern 'back home' as well as Trapdoor Spiders, not realising that they were here too!
